1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-八丁氧基-29H,31H-酞菁鋅(cas:107227-89-4) Zinc1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octabutoxy-29H,31H-phthalocyanine具有較強(qiáng)的近紅外吸收和熒光，Q帶位于736 nm，并具有明顯的pH響應(yīng)性質(zhì)，其在有機(jī)溶劑中的溶解性較好，在醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域酞菁可能被用作抗癌光敏劑，與目前使用的卟啉類PDT光敏劑相比,酞菁的光譜吸收帶處于可見光區(qū)的紅端,有光毒性低和光的組織透過性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
